The best upcoming Android games

With so many fantastic new games launched each month, mobile gaming has really taken off in recent years. The main problem is that the Google Play Store is still a complete jumble, making it extremely difficult to locate new Android games.

For your convenience, we've compiled this list of the top 5 upcoming Android games in genres including action, racing, and more. Take a peek, then note the day on your calendars!

Top 5 best upcoming Android Games

1-Dauntless

A free-to-play cooperative action role-playing game, Dauntless is presently accessible on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Phoenix Labs, the game's developer, has stated that the game's mobile version is now in the early concept stage, although it has not specified a precise release date.

In reality, in 2019 mobile development was momentarily shelved. However, in a recent interview with Lead Product Manager Hans Reifenrath, the business reiterated its commitment to eventually delivering Dauntless on mobile.

You assume the role of a slayer in Dauntless, and your task is to dispatch giant beasts. You have the option of hunting alone or in groups of three other slayers. You gain manufacturing resources with each kill, which you may use to create weapons to combat increasingly scarier enemies.

Dauntless for Android is probably going to be a free-to-play game that needs a continual online connection, much like the console and PC versions.

2-Total War Battles: Warhammer

Historically, mobile RTS games haven't been all that strong, but this next Android title comes from one of the genre's largest franchises: Total War. This game, like the most recent PC releases, is set in the Warhammer universe, therefore dwarves, high elves, skaven, and other fantasy creatures will be present.

It's important to note that, although fitting the world, it's not being created by Creative Assembly. Instead, the initiative is being led by seasoned mobile developer NetEase. This may result in some contentious additions like stamina and premium coins, but it should improve the game's optimization for mobile devices.

This one is still mostly unknown to us, but according to the official website, a closed beta will soon be available. In the upcoming months, keep an eye out for further information.

3-Plants vs. Zombies 3

The Plants vs. Zombies franchise is releasing a new game for Android. It's called Plants vs. Zombies 3, and unlike other games, it can be played in portrait format for easier one-handed play on mobile devices.

If you've somehow never heard of it, Plants vs. Zombies is essentially an action-strategy game in which you face the battle against powerful zombies while controlling an army of plants, each of which has its own special offensive or defensive powers. PvZ 3 will go from the recognizable 2D visuals to fully 3D models while keeping the same general look.

Microtransactions are used in this free-to-play game, which had a brief soft launch at the end of 2020.

4. Star Wars: Hunters

Fans of the Star Wars saga should rejoice as this new Android game is scheduled for release in 2022. It will take place after the Galactic Empire has fallen and include a brand-new cast of characters, including stormtroopers, rebel heroes, and bounty hunters.

The game's gameplay consists of a real-time, team-based arena combat mode set in some of the most recognizable Star Wars settings.

The game will also reportedly be released on iOS and the Nintendo Switch, however crossplay isn't yet confirmed for either platform. Learn more about the game and pre-register to receive goodies when it launches by reading the information below.

5-Warcraft Arclight Rumble

The most recent full-fledged Warcraft game, Warcraft III, was released almost 20 years ago, but the series' upcoming installment is going to hit tiny screens.

In the forthcoming Android game Warcraft Arclight Rumble, you take control of scaled-down replicas of some of the most well-known animals and characters from the series.

The game will include both cooperative and competitive online play in addition to a lengthy PvE campaign. There will be five factions: the Alliance, the Horde, the Undead, the Beast, and Blackrock, each of which will have special minifigs and skills. T

here will be six distinct game types as well, some of which require gathering resources, capturing targets, and eliminating powerful antagonists.

Despite the fact that a precise release date has not yet been specified.
